Civil Process
	The Civil Division of the Wetzel County Sheriff's Office is responsible for, among other duties, the serving of process papers throughout the county and enforces the orders of the court. The deputies can not give legal advice, nor can we recommend an attorney. To more effectively assist you, we will need to know information about the person(s) to be served, such as possible addresses, phone numbers, any specific service requirements and the deadline for service. We cannot serve your papers unless you provide us with a physical address. We cannot serve your papers to a post office box. Each service is $25.00.
